Two men killed in freak 'glass accident' were crushed by panel which fell on them as they were unloaded lorry - with driver 'unaware' of tragedy until worker knocked on cab door

The workers died suddenly on Saturday afternoon while they were removing the cargo from the back of the HGV in the overflow car park at Hitchin Football Club, Hertfordshire.
