KFC Japan Will Re-Run Umamusume Collaboration

KFC in Japan will re-run its Umamusume: Pretty Derby promotion, though it’s limited to online orders. The campaign will run from September 9 to September 29, 2025.

This year, you can play KFC Sanpo (literally “KFC Walk”) any time in the game. During KFC Walk, you and your Umamusume can order KFC, pick up the order, and eat fried chicken together. If you’re in Japan, you can order the limited edition “Will You Go on a Walk With Your Umamusume Today? Pack,” which comes with two pieces of original fried chicken, a biscuit, and a serial code. You can use this serial code to receive KFC food items in-game, which you can use to restore TP and RP. The pack costs 1000 JPY ($6.75) if you pick it up, or 1240 JPY ($8.35) if you order delivery.

In Japan, you can also put your name into a lottery to receive re-run goods of the KFC collaboration. There are three options: an acrylic diorama, trading cards, and a rechargeable KFC gift card with Umamusume all over it. During the campaign, you can also choose a collaboration design for the KFC app. This will have the characters pop up to say little blurbs while you’re scrolling through it.
