Here’s a recap and spoilers to catch up on major highlights from General Hospital’s March 16 episode. Portia demands answers from Jordan, Molly tells Cody that she doesn’t want kids, and Tracy gets furious at Laura.

Spoilers for what happened on General Hospital on March 16, 2026

Portia confronts Jordan

At the nail salon, Portia questions Jordan about being pregnant and whether she’s told Curtis. When Jordan refuses to answer, Portia calls her a hypocrite. She also says that, unlike Jordan, she won’t tell Curtis.

At the hospital, Portia meets Isaiah and informs him that Jordan is pregnant, and is furious that Jordan judged her previously. Isaiah comforted her, saying that Jordan’s pregnancy might have been unplanned.

Careless moment

At the gatehouse, Jacinda confides in Michael about seeing a troubled young self in Charlotte, and recalls how she got into escorting. He comforts her, and the two get intimate. Later, Olivia walks in on them. After the two helped Oliva find what she wanted, Olivia vented to Michael about being careless by not locking the door, saying his own son could’ve walked in on them.

Enough love for two

Trina shows up at Jordan’s place to talk to Curtis and tells him she ran into Jordan earlier. She also says that she’s jealous of the new baby since he will have both Portia and Curtis growing up, which she didn’t have. Curtis reassures her that he has enough love for both his kids.

Jordan takes the test

At the hospital, Stella tells Jordan about finding unused pregnancy kits in her bag. Jordan worries that having only one transplanted kidney will affect the pregnancy and contemplates terminating it if she really is pregnant. Stella urged her to take the pregnancy test anyway.

Molly’s confession

Molly confesses to Cody about the risk of pregnancy due to her endometriosis. When Cody suggests adoption, Molly explains that she doesn’t want any kids at all since she has gone through it before and ended up only in pain. To her surprise, Cody supported her decision, saying that she was enough for him.

Tracy threatens Laura

Ezra arrives at Laura’s office to check up on the status of Sidwell’s helipads. Laura finds the idea corrupt, but tells him that she is trying to get it built. Soon, Martin shows up and invites his sister for dinner, but Laura says she’s busy. Moments later, a furious Tracy arrives and vents to Laura about the helipad. She calls Laura a fraud and threatens to take action, and storms out. 

A kill on the way out

Jason informs Sonny that he is leaving the town with Britt. When Sonny warns that Cullum will hunt them down, Jason says he will kill Cullum before he skips town, leaving Sidwell vulnerable. He also hopes to be back in a few months’ time.
