ZAYA WADE STUNS FOR PROM

It is prom season and Zaya Wade is setting the bar for fashion this season. The 16-year-old stuns at the dance, dressed in Miu Miu.

The teen posted a carousel of images on social media of herself dressed, her bling, and her ensemble, simply captioning the post, “went to prom”.

And of course, the social media stratosphere weighed in on Zaya’s look for the night and most agree that she is stunning. 

Her step-mother, actress Gabrielle Union simply put a string of red hearts.

Celebrity hair stylist, Miles Jeffries, compared the teen to supermodel, Naomi Campbell, writing, “Gorgeous!! We are now entering the Zaomi era.”

One social media user commented, “I’m crying! So gorgeous.”

As you might expect, her big brother, Zaire Wade wasn’t too concerned about her outfit for the night. The 22-year-old wanted to know who she was with, posting in all caps, “WITH WHO?!?!” Adding extra emphasis to his comment with a red-faced “angry” emoji. 

It truly does seem as if Zaya is growing up fast.

A few weeks ago, the teen and her parents set off on the college circuit tour. And just like that, in the blink of an eye, it is time for Zaya to consider what is the next step in her future.

The 42-year-old NBA legend and his girls toured the University of Washington campus. Wade documented the visit, captioning a myriad of images on Instagram, “We’re in the College Visits season!!!”

At the age of 12, Zaya publicly shared with the world that she identifies as transgender. Since then, we have witnessed her increasing confidence in expressing herself. This newfound freedom to embrace growth and confidence is attributed to the support and love provided by both Wade and Union.

We have seen Zaya blossom before our eyes becoming a model, influencer, entrepreneur/designer, LGBTQ+ activist, and more. We are thrilled to continue sharing the next stages of her life’s journey.
