Best known for his work writing and creating all five seasons of Yellowstone, Taylor Sheridan also has plenty of notable movies in his filmography. Sheridan made his feature writing debut three years before the first season of Yellowstone came out on Sicario, the legendary neo-Western thriller starring Josh Brolin and Emily Blunt. Sheridan returned a few years later to write the script for the forgotten Sicario sequel, Day of the Soldado, but he’s not involved in the third movie that was announced just a few weeks ago. Steven Knight, best known for his work writing Peaky Blinders, is writing the script for the next Sicario movie with Padraic McKinely directing. Sheridan has also written other classic films such as Hell or High Water, Wind River, and even Those Who Wish Me Dead.
