Who finances Players Philanthropy aka People First, PPF

I have noticed in recent months that a large number of "new" leftist groups all trace back to PPF which is known as both Players Philanthropy and People First. Its website implies that it can assist NGOs/non-profits in getting matching government grants where one government grant is the matching money for another government grant.
