Tortured, raped and murdered on live stream: Ruthless narco gang chop girl's fingers off and butcher her along with two women in horrific 'revenge killing' film

Detectives say they believe around 45 people watched the sadistic scenes, in which one woman had her fingers amputated and another was suffocated with a plastic bag.
