The Young and Restless spoilers video for the week of January 12 promises twists and turns aplenty! First, Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) sits down with Sharon (Sharon Case) for an emotional and long-overdue conversation. “I can’t keep doing this anymore,” she confides to her mother-in-law, her voice catching. “It’s just… It’s too hard.” Concerned, Sharon asks, “Tessa, what are you saying?” But how will she react to the news that Tessa has filed for divorce from Mariah? Will she agree this is what’s best for the couple or urge Tessa to fight for her marriage?
The Balance of Power
After the Abbott security team apprehended Matt Clark (Roger Howarth), Jack (Peter Bergman) hoped to use the psycho as a bargaining chip, offering to trade him to Victor (Eric Braeden) for the dangerous AI program. When her husband returns home to the mansion, Diane (Susan Walters) is eager for an update. “Did Victor agree to call off the dogs?” she asks anxiously. With a slight smile, Jack responds, “Not exactly.” When Diane asks what he means by that, he teases, “Finding Matt was not the craziest part of the evening.”
It appears that someone may have gotten a leg up on The Great Victor Newman, and it wasn’t Jack. “Newman Enterprises is ours,” Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) gloats as Cane (Billy Flynn) looks on. “And there’s not anything you or anyone else can do about it.” Victor just looks at them, trying not to let his expression betray his emotions. Have Phyllis and Cane really managed to knock Victor off his high horse and steal his family business out from under him? Or does Victor still have an ace up his sleeve?
