The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers Video: ‘I Don’t Want To Pit You Against Your Son’

The Bold and Beautiful spoilers video for the week of January 12 is full of possibilities, both good and bad. To begin, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) are overjoyed to see RJ (Brayan Nicoletti) has returned and fawn over him in the showroom at Forrester Creations. “Our son is home, Logan!” Ridge enthuses. Holding her hands over her heart, Brooke looks wistfully at her boy and declares, “You don’t know how much I’ve missed you.”

Opportunities Wanted

The previous week ended with Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) deciding to show just how much he loves Daphne (Murielle Hilaire) by dropping to one knee and proposing with a diamond engagement ring. While the Friday cliffhanger left Daphne’s answer yet to be revealed, expect her to give a resounding yes, and the shot of her peeling off Carter’s clothes in this week’s preview would seem to indicate that they don’t waste time in celebrating!

In her office at Logan, Katie (Heather Tom) wants to make things clear with Eric (John McCook). “I don’t want to pit you against your son,” she insists. But the Forrester patriarch lets her know that he’s made up his own mind here. “This is what I want,” he declares. But how will Ridge react to learning his father is going to design for a rival fashion house?

Will (Crew Morrow) and Electra (Laneya Grace) have been helping out Dylan (Sydney Bullock) with a place to live while she looks for a new job to get back on her feet, and when they talk to Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) in the Forrester showroom, it looks like they might also be helping her make a career change. “Dylan, if there’s anything I can do to help,” Steffy assures the former teacher, “I will.”

Later, in the design office, Dylan seems quite thrilled by the idea of working for Forrester. “How awesome would that be?” she enthuses. “You, Will, and me all working together in the same building?” Will’s expression appears non-committal, but Electra looks visibly displeased by the idea. Has she already recognized Dylan as another potential threat to her romance with Will?
