Once upon a time, movies had romance in them. Hard to believe, right? It sure does feel like we live in an era where the phrase “they should have kissed" can be applied to way too many films. Take Twisters, for example: the chemistry between Glen Powell and Daisy Edgar-Jones was obvious and electric, but did they kiss? No. Why? Because modern movies are allergic to romance.
