Netflix just dropped the final goodbye for one of its most beloved comedies. Survival of the Thickest’s last season trailer reveals how Mavis Beaumont plans to go out on her own terms.

Netflix unveiled the full trailer for the third and final season of Survival of the Thickest.

Michelle Buteau’s comedy series returns on July 2 for its last chapter. Buteau first announced the premiere date during her Netflix is a Joke stand-up show. Wanda Sykes joined her on stage with a surprise appearance at the event.

The teaser offers a glimpse at Mavis Beaumont’s final journey on screen. “Get my good side,” Beaumont says in the clip. “It’s all my sides.” The footage also teases “the Oscars of fashion, the Emmys of Art” and “the Olympics of wedgies.”

Buteau’s acclaimed book of essays inspired the scripted comedy from the start. The series follows Mavis Beaumont, who is “Black, plus-size, and falling in love while loving herself.” She works hard to grow her brand as a stylist and designer each season.

Notably, Marouane Zotti stepped up to series regular after recurring in seasons 1 and 2. Additionally, Wanda Sykes, D.L. Hughley, Ashley Graham and Ronny Chieng join as guest stars. Ice-T, Wyatt Cenac, Jenna Lyons and LaQuan Smith further round out the new additions. Returning cast members include Tone Bell, Peppermint, Garcelle Beauvais and RonReaco Lee. Meanwhile, Alecsys Proctor-Turner and Anthony Michael Lopez also come back for the finale season.

Beyond starring, Buteau created the series and executive produces alongside Danielle Sanchez-Witzel. Both make their directorial debuts this season on separate episodes. Specifically, Buteau takes the helm for episode 5 and Sanchez-Witzel directs episode 3. Amy Aniobi serves as showrunner and executive producer for the final run. Furthermore, A24 and Anne Hong from Mosaic also executive produce the series.
