Like several Mumbaikars, Rupali Ganguly is also fuming due to the rampant construction work. Recently, the actress took to her social media account to express her frustration after being stuck in traffic for hours. She shot a video talking about the heavy traffic caused due to Metro construction work outside Film City. She shared the video and slammed Brihammumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for taking Mumbaikars for granted.

What did Rupali Ganguly have to say about the Metro construction work in FilmCity?

On X (formerly known as Twitter), Anupamaa star Rupali Ganguly shared a video stating that she has been stuck outside FilmCity for more than 50 minutes due to a traffic jam. She explained how heavy containers are being brought in for work leading to blocking of the road. She said that it should have been done during the wee hours when there is less traffic instead of choosing a time when people are traveling to work. In a note, she wrote, "Still stuck for over 1 hour now outside filmcity ! For a 14 km distance it takes me 2 hours to get home at night and mornings usually 1 hour but because of @mybmc haphazard functioning it took me 2 and a half hours to get to my set !! Stop taking #mumbaikars for granted." She shared another video that showed about greenery of FilmCity being destroyed.
