State trooper charged with DWI after alleged hit-and-runs
CORTLANDT — A New York State Police trooper was charged with driving while intoxicated following several collisions in Westchester County on Sunday. The first crash occurred shortly before 5 p.m. in the vicinity of Roa Hook Road and state Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt, State Police said in a news release.
