Sparklers start fire at restaurant in Spain after Swiss blaze

Sparklers ignited a minor fire at a Madrid restaurant over the weekend, the owner said Wednesday, less than two weeks after a deadly blaze at a Swiss bar also linked to pyrotechnics.
