Someone just registered my Green Card holder wife to vote in Virginia District 1

So someone registered my wife (Not a US Citizen) to vote. I called FBI to report it and local police. Local Police just sent me back to the FBI. In other words no one will do anything about it. The system is made to protect the fraud.
