Silent Hill f: Secret Box Puzzle Solution (Lost in the Fog Difficulty)

Silent Hill f's Secret Box can be one of its most confounding puzzles, regardless of which difficulty you're playing on. Unlike some puzzles, the Lost in the Fog difficulty doesn't radically overhaul the solution, but it does add an extra twist that makes finding the answer a bit harder.
