Should Three Rivers join Watford and Dacorum as one council?

Councillors in Three Rivers have backed plans for the area to become part of a unitary authority that would also include Dacorum and Watford – but concerns have been raised about a lack of information about the options for local government reorganisation in Hertfordshire.
