Sen. Rand Paul to force a vote on Penny Plan tonight

@RandPaul Today I’ll be forcing the U.S. Senate to vote on my Penny Plan to cut spending and balance the Budget. Congress didn’t do its job. Neither the House nor the Senate produced a budget. Neither one did anything serious to cut spending. So I did it for them - and every single U.S. Senator will have a choice today: vote for my plan to cut spending and balance the budget, or keep the status quo, Biden-level spending.
