Second suspect is arrested for flying drone over Windsor park - ahead of huge security operation and protests for President Trump's state visit

Thames Valley Police said the suspect, from nearby Brenford, had been arrested on suspicion of flying a drone in Windsor, contrary to aviation laws brought in for President Trump's state visit.
