Question about Lancey Children

Asking for a little help, maybe someone can give me some information. Does anybody know if the Lancey children victims had toxicology and what Temperature the children were when they arrived in the Emergency room. Was that discussed in the trial? I ask because for two of them it would establish time of death. The husband said he was gone 45 min.
