Karishma Sharma's terrifying ordeal began when she boarded a local train in Mumbai while dressed in a saree, heading to a shoot at Churchgate. As the train picked up speed, she realized her friends couldn't catch up, prompting her to jump off in a panic. Unfortunately, she landed on her back and hit her head, resulting in significant injuries.

Sharing the details on her Instagram story, Karishma wrote, "I've injured my back, my head is swollen, and I'm covered in bruises." The doctors have done an MRI and are keeping her under observation for a day to ensure the head injury isn't severe. Despite being in pain since the incident, Karishma is staying strong and has requested fans' prayers for a speedy recovery.

A friend of Karishma's also shared an update from the hospital, expressing shock and concern. The friend wrote, "Can't believe this happened... my friend fell from the train, and she doesn't remember anything. We found her on the floor and rushed her here. Doctors are still figuring things out please keep her in your prayers. Get well soon babe."
