GTA 6 PS5

Now is a good time for PS5 players to invest in SSD storage expansion, as the PS Store‘s backend has leaked GTA 6‘s download size. The game is reportedly 210GB, so you’ll need to clear out a ton of space if you don’t want to fork out money for a new SSD.

GTA 6 PS5 file size, pre-load, and release time revealed

GTA 6’s file size was reported by X user PlayStation Game Size, who is known for scraping PSN’s back end for information not yet made public. According to them, PS5 players can begin pre-loading GTA 6 on November 12.

As for the game’s November 19 launch, we’re told that GTA 6’s unlock time is midnight. However, it’s unclear if it’ll be midnight local time or 12 a.m. in a specific region. The latter would translate to different times in different regions.

Considering GTA 6 is the most highly anticipated game of this generation, I’m leaning towards PS Store unlocking the game at the same time for everyone rather than midnight local time in each region, as this would mean folks in Australia, New Zealand, etc. would be able to get their hands on the game well ahead of everyone else.

For context, New Zealand is almost one day ahead of U.S. Pacific Time.

We’ll update our readers when we have more information.
