Popular Dublin city pub ran ‘shebeen’ and ‘had blatant disregard for the law’ – judge hears

The owners of the popular Ryan’s pub on Dublin’s Camden Street had run an illegal shebeen for many years, showed a blatant disregard of the law, and were unfit to receive a licence for an extended premises, a Circuit Court judgement has recorded.
