Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk says 27,000 Ukrainian military dying per month

"The new Russian strategy, and ...specifically jet powered drones, are leading to much greater losses on the Ukrainian side. My Ukrainian partners inform me that lately, the monthly death toll has reached 27000... With this trend, winter in Ukraine could indeed turn out to be catastrophic."
