Peacemaker Season 2 has been airing for a month now, and throughout that period, the show has been the most popular series on HBO Max. It's easy to see why the John Cena-led superhero drama has taken over the platform, given its wide acclaim. On Rotten Tomatoes, Peacemaker is rated fresh at 96%, a tough feat for many shows. However, HBO just unveiled another drama series from Mare of Easttown creator Brad Ingelsby, and Peacemaker's dominance has been threatened. Task, as the show is called, is the most popular show on the platform, with just a single episode having been released. It might not be as highly rated as Peacemaker, but 88% on Rotten Tomatoes is not a bad score. It remains to be seen whether Task will hold strong and permanently dethrone Peacemaker.
