New Connecticut law limits left-lane driving starting Thursday

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — More than 90 new state laws go into effect Thursday. Some affect how you can drive, and others deal with who can monitor where you drive. One of the newly implemented laws changes the rules for the left lane. Beginning Thursday, drivers can get a ticket for staying in the left lane when they are not passing.
