There's no denying that Naruto is one of the most successful anime of all time, and it established this masterpiece status with one of its very first battles. The original Naruto anime debuted in 2002 and ran until 2007 (when Naruto: Shippuden took over). Despite all the time that has passed, this series remains a favorite in great anime, especially in the battle shonen genre.
