Murder charges announced in missing teen whose body was dumped on the side of the highway as her father reveals heartbreaking final text

Dacara Thompson, 19, texted her father she'd 'be back soon' after getting gas on August 22 - but her body was later found off a Maryland highway. A 35-year-old man is now charged with her murder.
