A good twist will have viewers staring at their screen with their jaws on the floor, and no genre knows this more than the horror genre. From Friday the 13th to The Sixth Sense, horror is known for being filled with twists that stick with audiences long after the credits roll. Among those twisty and eerie tales are the likes of Lake Mungo and The Haunting of Hill House, though on the surface, the two couldn’t be more different. For starters, Lake Mungo is an Australian indie horror film, and Hill House was a mega Netflix series by Mike Flanagan.
