Hollywood actress Mia Goth has filed to divorce Shia LaBeouf after nearly 10 years of marriage.
The 32-year-old actress, who is known for starring in films such as Frankenstein and MaXXXine, reportedly filed court documents on Tuesday night, citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for the split.
Goth listed July 28, 2025, as their date of separation, with the pair having been reportedly estranged for more than a year.
She is also said to be seeking primary legal and physical custody of their four-year-old daughter, Isabel, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
LaBeouf, 40, and Goth first met on the set of Nymphomaniac in 2012 and married in Las Vegas four years later.
After splitting up with each other in 2018, they got back together in 2020 and welcomed their daughter just a couple of years later.
This comes after LaBeouf was arrested in February earlier this year after getting into a fight during Mardi Gras.
He later pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery charges.
Earlier this year, LaBeouf – who is known for starring in films such as Transformers, Wall Street and most recently Megalopolis, spoke to Andrew Callaghan on Channel 5 about the reason behind his and Goth’s breakup.
He said: ‘My side is, you know, I failed my marriage, and so I had to own up to that.’
After making her acting debut in Nymphomaniac, Goth went on to play Maxine Minx and Pearl in the X film series and appeared in last year’s Frankenstein.
She is also set to star in the upcoming Star Wars: Starfighter.
