Gerry Hutch is no Robin Hood, according to Public Expenditure Minister Jack Chambers. However, the crime boss known as The Monk, whose first conviction was for stealing a bottle of red lemonade, will be relying on an image of an “ordinary decent criminal” as he again tries to rattle the establishment.
