Attorneys for U.S. Sen. Roger Marshall this week sent his opponent a cease-and-desist letter, urging the Democrat to take down and apologize for an ad featuring one of the Republican senator’s former patients. The attorneys wrote in the Monday letter to the Rev. Adam Hamilton that the ad, which began airing this month, was defamatory.
