Loss of a baby ‘rarely discussed’ and Ireland lags behind other countries in prevention, obstetrician warns

The death of a baby or the loss of a pregnancy is a devastating yet unfortunately common experience in Ireland, and sadly rarely discussed, a leading obstetrician said today in calling for more prevention measures.
