Longest-serving congresswoman, 80, taken to hospital after hit-and-run accident while on her way to church

U.S. Rep. Marcy Kaptur, 80, was injured after a car she was a passenger in was struck by another vehicle just before 11am on Sunday,  a spokesperson from her office said.
