Lionsgate Lays Off 50 Employees, 'Repositioning the Company for Growth'
Lionsgate is getting smaller. The studio will be reducing its staff by 5%, with around 50 people leaving as a result. Earlier this year, the studio reduced staff by 8%, meaning the company is now 13% smaller. This will be the last round of layoffs, with this latest round completing a year-long process of repositioning the company for growth.
