Lady Gaga is excited to celebrate her fiancé, Michael Polansky. On Friday, Sept. 26, the Mayhem singer shared a touching Instagram post in celebration of Polansky's 42nd birthday. The Grammy-winning artist, born Stefani Germanotta, wrote a heartfelt note to her partner alongside three photos of the couple showing affection. One shot featured the two kissing on a farm while goats looked on. Another photo showed them wrapped in each other's arms in front of a food truck, and the final image highlighted his birthday cake topped with a single candle.
