The film did decently at the box office, giving close competition to Jolly LLb 2, which opened at 13 crores. Then, it seems like the positive word of mouth from the Day 1 audience worked, and the film's earnings saw a huge jump. We could observe this trend on Friday as well, where the occupancy in evening shows was more than afternoon shows, and afternoon shows more than morning.

Increase was derived by audience response

According to Sacnilk.com, there was a 35.40% Hindi occupancy for the film. The occupancy for the morning shows was around 13.65%, afternoon shows was 32.38%, evening shows was 40.47%, and night shows was 55.10%.

Jolly LLB 3 has not yet had a box office collection

Jolly LLB has seen a net box office collection of Rs. 32.75 crore by now. This shows good growth, and the film is expected to have an Rs 52 55 crore net opening weekend, which might put it on the list of good-performing films of this year.

The comedic courtroom drama, with its social issues, witty and punchy humor, and great acting, seems to have captivated the audience.

The comedy film has opened better than many of Akshay Kumar's post-pandemic releases. With its day 1 collection, the film was at 6th place, beating movies like Sky Force, Samrat, Prithviraaj, and Rakshabandhan.
