The abrupt cancelation of Jimmy Kimmel Live! is far worse than the cancelation of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert for one particular reason. Kimmel's show was pulled from the air almost immediately following his comments about the murder of Charlie Kirk. While political commentary is nothing new for late-night, canceling Kimmel's show is one step further.
