Effective decision-making requires a holistic approach — considering multiple factors and various perspectives — rather than being confined to a single factor or viewpoint.

Furthermore, even if cost is the sole factor in your decision-making, all of the “true costs” should be considered. So, in decision-making, always consider invisible costs. This ensures you’re aiming for the optimal solution rather than settling for a good one. After all, choices are easy.
