A true sci-fi gem takes a simple idea — a man working alone on the moon in the near future, who then begins to lose his mind... or does he? — and runs a mile with it. This is one of the best examples of that, and it also features one of the most impressive debut features in recent memory. And the most staggering thing? Hardly anyone saw it.
