An illegal immigrant deemed too dangerous by Cuban officials to be deported back to his home country was arrested for allegedly slicing his manager's head off in front of his family and kicking it "like a soccer ball." The murder of Chandra Nagamallaiah, a manager of a Downtown Suites motel in Dallas, occurred on Wednesday.
