With football season kicking off this week, fans can look forward to not only the on-field action but also a new biopic depicting one of the sport's most inspiring and tragic tales. Mr. Irrelevant, starring Superman's David Corenswet as New York Giants running back John Tuggle, is in the works. Starring opposite Corenswet is Michael Shannon, who will portray legendary NFL coach Bill Parcells. Collider's Steve Weintraub caught up with Shannon at the premiere of his new film, Nuremberg, at the Toronto International Film Festival.
