“HYPOCRITE” — Ric Grenell Calls Out Democrat Senate Candidate Mary Peltola After Repeatedly Using Homophobic Slurs Like “F*ggot” on Her Own Gay Staffers

On Thursday, the former acting Director of National Intelligence and Kennedy Center president went after Alaska Democrat Mary Peltola after former aides accused the Senate candidate of repeatedly using homophobic slurs, including about members of her own staff.

Grenell, who is openly gay, did not mince words.

“Sorry, @marthamaccallum and @JacquiHeinrich — multiple Democrat staffers confirmed that their Democrat boss used homophobic slurs, not once, but multiple times,” Grenell posted.

“Calling your own gay staffers derogatory and condescending names while asking Democrats to vote for you shows she’s at least a comfortable hypocrite. I’m old enough to remember that this accusation would be nonstop media coverage for a Republican.”

Peltola, the former one-term Democrat congresswoman now trying to flip Sen. Dan Sullivan’s seat, is the latest Democrat to discover that “tolerance” only runs one way.

According to the New York Times, four former staffers said they personally heard Peltola use the slur “faggot” over the years, in some cases directed at her own staff. The campaign denied that specific allegation.

The same report, citing nine former aides plus text messages the paper reviewed, said she also used the word “retarded.” On that one, the campaign conceded the language and claimed she now “regrets” it.

The New York Post reported the same picture: angry outbursts, the gay slur, the R-word, and an incident in which Peltola shoved a male aide in the chest hard enough that he stumbled backward after she could not find a document. Her campaign later tried to rebrand the shove as an accidental “bump.”

Fox News itself covered the story, noting Peltola’s campaign blamed “the hardest period of her life,” the 2023 deaths of her mother and husband, while still insisting the accounts do not show a pattern of abuse.

According to Fox News, Peltola refused to answer questions about the report when a Fox reporter confronted her after a labor event in Anchorage.

The texts the Times obtained are not subtle. After a commercial fisheries executive posted a selfie with her, Peltola wrote: “Fuck that retard.”

In another message aimed at Planned Parenthood, she exploded, “FUCK THOSE BITCHES.” A separate text, according to multiple outlets that reviewed the Times reporting, wished a local Planned Parenthood board member would “die of a botched abortion.”

This is the same Mary Peltola Democrats are selling as the moderate, fish-first, Alaska-first candidate who can peel off Republican voters. The same operation that already imploded internally once this cycle.

As The Gateway Pundit reported in August, Peltola’s campaign descended into “complete chaos” just days before Alaska’s open primary when she abruptly fired multiple senior staffers, including longtime aides who had been with her since her 2022 House win.

Local reporting at the time called it a “Saturday night massacre.” She still finished first in the primary. Now the staff who survived, and the ones who didn’t, are talking.

Staffers also described being ordered to feed live crickets to the family pet chameleon, Meatball, and an office climate so toxic that aides cried, lost weight, and talked about quitting. High staff turnover was already a hallmark of her House office.

If a Republican Senate candidate had been caught on the record calling gay staffers slurs, shoving an aide, and texting that a woman should die of a botched abortion, the networks would have a war room running 24 hours a day.

Grenell’s point is the one the legacy media will not say out loud: the rules are not the same. A Democrat can use language the left has spent a decade declaring career-ending, against her own gay employees, and still be the party’s great hope in Alaska. The same party that lectures the country about “hate” every Pride Month.

Peltola’s campaign says the former staffers are exaggerating and lying. Multiple former Democrat staffers told the Times otherwise. Grenell says he believes them.

And he is reminding Fox’s biggest names what the coverage would look like if the name on the door were Republican.
