HoneyLuv Relaunches 4 THA LUV with New Single

HoneyLuv relaunches her 4 THA LUV label and creative platform with “Good Measure (I Like It),” a new house single featuring Gavin Turek and Cor.Ece, signaling an exciting new chapter.

HoneyLuv is putting her own name behind something bigger than a record release with the relaunch of 4 THA LUV. The platform was built by Cleveland-born DJ and producer to center on music, events, content, mentorship, and artist development. Having spent the last few years carving out her own space in house music while continuing to push outside of the genre’s usual boundaries, the move makes perfect sense.

The first release is “Good Measure (I Like It),” featuring Gavin Turek and Cor.Ece. The track brings together classic house chords, disco influence, shimmering synths, and soft, bouncy R&B vocals that run throughout the record. It has that warm, late-night quality that fits naturally into HoneyLuv’s discography without sounding like she’s trying to recreate a previous release.

“Good Measure is more than a record to me. I made this song two years ago, so finally being able to release it into the world through my own label, 4THALUV, makes this moment that much more special,” HoneyLuv shares. “It feels like full circle. A reminder that some things are worth waiting for, and everything happens when it’s supposed to. This one has been mine for a long time, and now it’s finally yours.”

For HoneyLuv, 4 THA LUV also comes with a bigger purpose. The platform is centered on creating opportunities for Black, female, and LGBTQ+ talent while continuing to honor the communities that built house music. That mission follows the same thread running through her recent work, from “Don’t Stop” with Muni Long and “I Need U” with TSHA to “High in Ibiza” with Marshall Jefferson and rhys from the sticks.

HoneyLuv will spend the rest of the year taking that momentum around the world, with upcoming stops including Pacha Ibiza, Boiler Room Los Angeles, Defected Malta, Amnesia, and Amsterdam Dance Event. For now, “Good Measure” is the introduction to 4 THA LUV, a song HoneyLuv has clearly been waiting for the right moment to share, on her terms.
