Heated Rivalry Season 2 Finds 6 New Cast Members in Terminator, Devil Wears Prada, & More Stars

Heated Rivalry Season 2 has added six new cast members. HBO Max and Crave are currently filming the second season of the hockey romance drama. The new actors will join the returning stars as the series expands its ensemble.

HBO Max announced that Brendan Morgan as Zane Boodram, David Tomlinson as Cody Kent, Gerry Dee as Coach Cooper, Michelle Mylett as Lisa, Lauren Chan as Gen, and Nick Stahl as Curtis Barrett have joined Season 2.

Dee’s credits include Mr. D and Animal Control. Mylett has starred in Letterkenny and El Camino Christmas. Chan recently appeared in The Devil Wears Prada 2 and has also starred in Canada’s Drag Race. Stahl has credits including Let the Right One In and Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines.

Morgan is known for F** Marry Kill and The Handmaid’s Tale. Tomlinson has appeared in Fellow Travelers and Silent Night. Rachel Reid named his character Dallas Kent in the Game Changers book series, while the TV adaptation uses the name Cody Kent.

Who else is starring in Heated Rivalry Season 2?

The six new actors join a growing Season 2 ensemble. HBO Max previously announced Emily Hampshire, Edvin Ryding, Robert Naylor, Sabrina Jalees, and Priyanka as new cast members. Hampshire will play Vanessa, Ryding will portray Luca Haas, Naylor will play Wyatt Hayes, Jalees will appear as Farah Jalali, and Priyanka will portray Tarek.

Justice Smith and Charlie Gillespie are also joining the season as Harris Drover and Troy Barrett. Daniel Diemer will play Ryan Price, while Shaheen Jafargholi will portray Fabian Salah. Kevin Zegers, Paul Gross, and Milla Jovovich have also joined the cast as Coach Wiebe, Commissioner Roger Crowell, and Dr. Galina Molchalina, respectively.

Meanwhile, François Arnaud, Robbie G.K., Sophie Nélisse, Ksenia Daniela Kharlamova, Christina Chang, Dylan Walsh, Callan Potter, Benjamin Roy, and Kamilla Kowal will return for Season 2. Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie will also reprise their roles as Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov.

Season 2 will primarily adapt Reid’s The Long Game, the sixth book in the Game Changers series. The cast is currently filming the season in Canada and is expected to premiere in spring 2027.
