Head Trip Announces Apple Music as Official Livestream Partner

Head Trip performances by Swedish House Mafia, Calvin Harris, Skrillex, FISHER b2b Chris Lake, and more will be officially livestreamed on Apple Music for the world to hear.

Goldenvoice stirred up plenty of hype for what was to come in the fall months when they announced Head Trip. This one-time-only festival from the Southern California promoter is set to take over the Empire Polo Club in Indio on October 10-11, providing a dose of contemporary dance music with a flourish of nostalgia courtesy of its stacked lineup. Now, those who can’t make it to the desert to experience the magic firsthand will be delighted to know that Apple Music is set to be the official livestream partner.

Apple Music will extend the Head Trip experience beyond Indio, with performances from the main stage livestreamed across both days of the festival. Artists slated to perform at this unique, one-time-only event include megastars like Calvin Harris, Swedish House Mafia, and Skrillex, along with special sets like FISHER and Chris Lake’s Under Construction, Peggy Gou b2b Four Tet, and Dom Dolla b2b Kettama.

This marks another massive step forward for Apple Music in the electronic music scene. The platform has committed itself to bringing dance music culture to a global audience, bringing Spatial Audio livesets, Apple Music Club radio, a DJ Mix program, and more along with it. Head Trip is the latest festival to join Apple Music’s growing collection, alongside EDC Las Vegas, Tomorrowland, and shows hosted by Framework.

Additionally, Goldenvoice and Apple Music are teaming up with Chase Sapphire Reserve to offer eligible cardholders exclusive ticket access and experiences at Head Trip. Members will receive access to exclusive on-site extras at the Chase Sapphire Reserve Experience, plus VIP pass tier access.
