A deputy noticed Ms. Mitchell driving a Jeep with illegally tinted windows. Well, he didn’t see Ms. Mitchell actually, because the windows were that dark. With windows that dark you probably can’t even see her ducks in a row on her dashboard, if she had any at all. What’s the point of driving a Jeep if people can’t see your ducks? A traffic stop was con-duck-ted on the Jeep on Ronald Reagan Parkway at Tortuga Drive in Davenport.
