Gloria Steinem: same old platitudes, same old evasion of the truth

You have to hand it to the Huffington Post. Were it not for its slavish devotion to abortion, events most of us would never hear about get publicized. For example, “Gloria Steinem Speaks At Planned Parenthood Fundraiser, Tackles Gender, Sexuality,” written by Ashley Alman and posted Wednesday. Alman’s own piece is almost incoherent, but it led me to read the story in The City Sentinel, a weekly that serves Oklahoma City, which evidently served as the basis for Alman’s account, and which is hardly the model of accuracy.
