General Hospital Spoilers Video: ‘If Anything Happens to Her, There Will Be No Place You Can Hide’

The General Hospital spoilers video for Thursday, March 12, previews jokes, concern, tears, and threats. Kicking things off, Britt’s (Kelly Thiebaud) new friendship with Lucas (Van Hansis) continues to grow as he helps her get ahold of a sample of her medication. “Don’t make me admire you!” Britt snarks at her co-worker.

As Kristina (Kate Mansi) checks in on Molly (Kristen Vaganos) now that she’s home from the hospital, she’s also curious how things went with Cody (Josh Kelly). “I know that,” Molly remarks, “and shouldn’t Cody know that?” Is she worried that telling her new boyfriend about her endometriosis diagnosis might sour their new relationship?

At the Quartermaine stables, Cody doesn’t seem put off one bit by learning of Molly’s medical condition. “When did you know that Lulu [Alexa Havins] was the one?” he asks Dante. He’s clearly serious about his feelings, but are he and Molly still on the same page?

Lulu has confided in Carly (Laura Wright) about her budding romance with Nathan (Ryan Paevey), and the complication of dating her best friend’s ex. Tracy (Jane Elliot) urged Lulu to follow her heart, and she seemed to have finally decided to do so, but is she having second thoughts already? “You gonna listen to Tracy,” Carly asks her, “or are you gonna end things with Nathan?”

Maxie (Kirsten Storms) told Nathan that she was going to stay with Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), but when Lulu told her BFF that she’d fallen for her ex-husband while she was in a coma, Maxie wasn’t happy. And now, face-to-face with Nathan again, Maxie cries, “I don’t understand how you can just move on in six months.”
