Tensions were rising in the January 12 episode of General Hospital! Ned (Wally Kurth) came clean to his family, Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) threatened to shoot Drew (Cameron Mathison), Nina (Cynthia Watros) promised to support Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), Cody (Josh Kelly) and Molly (Kristen Vaganos) finally got on the same page, Michael (Rory Gibson) and Jacinda (Paige Herschell) solidified their relationship, and Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) presented their evidence to a stunned Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn). But that’s not all! Read on for a rundown of all the drama.
To Tell the Truth
At the Quartermaine estate, Tracy reinstated Edward’s family cocktail hour and toasted with Ned, Olivia, Chase, and Brook Lynn. Ned complained his drink was weak, and Tracy and Olivia reminded him he’d had a heart attack. Privately, Chase wondered if cocktail hour lasted the full hour, and Brook Lynn teased that after 60 minutes, he could get an “important call.” As they all sat down together, Tracy announced that she’d seen a judge about getting back the Quartermaine possessions that Drew stole.
After Ned recalled Drew watching him have his heart attack and walking away, Olivia suggested trying to make peace with Drew, and Ned blurted out: “Absolutely not! Not after he…” which naturally left everyone wondering what their naughty relative had done this time. Ned tried to cover, but eventually evealed how, while confronting Drew about the stolen heirlooms, he suffered his heart attack, and everyone was appalled that Drew just left him there to die. Tracy understood Ned wanting to hold onto this secret until he could use it against Drew, but complained that he should have told them about it.
Admit One: Ned (Wally Kurth) finally told (from l.) Olivia (Lisa LoCicero), Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), Tracy (Jane Elliot), and Chase (Josh Swickard) about Drew’s involvement in his heart attack.ABC
Playing House
Drew arrived home with Willow, ranting about how Carly and Jason ruined their evening. Stripping off his stained shirt, Drew tried to get frisky, but Willow excused herself to put the garment in the wash. When a shirtless Drew answered the door, Nina assumed she was interrupting something, but Willow popped up to insist she wasn’t and handed Drew a new shirt. Nina explained she wanted to check on her daughter after the testimony, and Drew confidently declared she had nothing to worry about because his testimony was the perfect setup for his wife, and there was no way she’d be found guilty now. Drew’s gloating was interrupted by Martin, who delivered a court order saying Drew had to return Tracy’s possessions. The congressman excused himself to go tell Tracy what she could do with that order.
Once the two were alone, Nina sensed Willow’s dislike of Drew, and the new bride admitted he was just a little overbearing sometimes. Nina complained about Drew’s testimony in court, but still believed Michael had framed Willow for the crime. Willow sighed that she had been terrified on the stand, but Nina praised her for doing such a good job. “I just told the truth,” Willow declared flatly. “I love my children. Everything I have done, I have done for them.” Nina assured her she would be reunited with Wiley and Amelia, then asked about the evidence that Drew had paid Judge Heran to keep her from her kids. Willow said she had to believe Drew’s claim that Michael planted it to set him up because she was relying on her husband to help her regain custody. Nina reminded her that she didn’t need Drew because if she were acquitted and Michael went down for the crime, she’d get full custody anyway. She also assured her daughter she would support her emotionally and financially, whatever she decided. But Willow declared that cutting ties with Drew would prove difficult, confiding, “He and I are far from finished.”

Extreme Measures
Yuri tried to stop Drew and Martin from entering the mansion without hurting them, and Tracy gave him her approval, so Chase had to step in and defuse the situation. Drew informed Tracy that she’d never get her belongings back because Martin was going to appeal the order and tie it up in court for years. Tracy threatened to expose Martin’s fraud with Monica’s will, but Drew reminded her that would also cause trouble for Ronnie. Tracy was about to threaten Martin again when she suddenly realized that he was the one who had spied on her and Michael talking and ratted her out to Alexis. Martin played innocent, and Brook Lynn reminded everyone that Drew left Ned to die when he was having a heart attack. Martin was appalled, but Drew insisted he assumed Ned was faking and they were being “overdramatic.” At that moment, Olivia descended the stairs and cocked a shotgun, aiming it at Drew!
“You left my husband to die like a dog,” she said. “And the only reason I haven’t pulled this trigger yet is because Ned is still alive. So, if you know what’s good for you, you and the bootlicking barrister will vacate the premises immediately.” Drew didn’t think she’d shoot him in front of her son-in-law, the cop, but Chase reminded him that he was technically suspended and Drew was trespassing. Martin scurried out the door, and when Olivia threatened to finish the job someone else started, Drew followed his attorney. Afterwards, Olivia assured everyone the gun wasn’t loaded, and an impressed Tracy told her she could keep it for herself.

Clearing the Air
Sitting down at the Port Charles Grill bar, Kristina didn’t want to talk about Willow’s trial and asked Molly for an update on Cody. She was stunned to hear her sister and Cody had sex in Turner’s office, but as Molly described spending the night with him in the stables, Kristina wondered what had gone wrong. Molly explained how, the next morning, when James asked if she was Cody’s girlfriend, she said “no,” but didn’t mean it — it just came out. Kristina assured her that all she had to do was clear things up.
At the stables, Felicia helped find James’s riding gloves, suggesting Cody was a little unfocused because his mind is on a beautiful lawyer. Cody felt awkward because when James asked if Molly was his girlfriend, she quickly said no, even though he believed they had something special. Felicia thought Molly seemed happy when they saw her with Cody that morning, but he admitted he’d called them a couple and that was probably too much too soon after her breakup with TJ. Felicia knew he really cared about Molly and suggested he talk to her, but he was afraid he’d be put in the friend zone. Just then, Molly entered, and Felicia beat a hasty retreat. Molly and Cody both started apologizing in unison, and then he let her explain how she had said no to James because she thought that’s what he wanted to hear. Cody stopped her from rambling and declared that if she wanted to be his girlfriend, he’d like to be her boyfriend. They laughed, then kissed, and he carried her upstairs.

A Night Out
Wiley told Michael he had fun playing video games with Gio and asked Jacinda if she played. She confirmed she did and proudly boasted she used to have thousands of followers on Twitch. Wiley wanted to play the new Tron game with her, but Michael told his son it was time for bed, so they made plans to game next week. After getting Wiley settled, Michael assured Jacinda she didn’t have to make any commitments if she was still thinking of skipping town, but she insisted she enjoyed spending time with his kid.
Michael decided to take Jacinda out, and soon, they arrived at the Port Charles Grill, where Kristina saw that Jacinda hadn’t left town after all. They invited her to join them for a drink, and talk naturally turned to the trial, with Kristina complaining about her mother targeting her brother. When Michael excused himself to take a call from Wiley, Jacinda apologized to Kristina for not taking her money and leaving town since she wound up making things worse for Michael. She also mentioned that she returned the money, and it was at Michael’s. Kristina confided she was pleased she was sticking around for her brother’s sake. Michael returned and reported that Wiley wanted permission to play more so he could practice and beat Jacinda. Kristina pivoted back to the trial and asked Michael if he was worried he would be charged with attempted murder. Michael admitted he knew things were shaky right now, but he was determined to enjoy himself and have fun with the people he loves, so they all toasted.

The Proof is in the Pudding
At Miller & Davis, Trina and Kai sat down with Alexis, who first apologized for what happened with Portia in court. They then revealed that they knew Willow shot Drew because they were at Drew’s that night. Alexis wanted details, so Trina explained she’d asked Kai to help her get the evidence Drew was using to blackmail her mother, and they hid in the bedroom when he came home. That’s when they heard the gunshots. They admitted they hadn’t actually seen Willow, though they knew it was her because they heard a “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” ringtone that must have belonged to the shooter. When they tested their theory, it turned out it wasn’t Michael’s ringtone but Willow’s. Alexis argued that this didn’t necessarily prove anything, but Trina and Kai pointed out all the other evidence that also pointed to Willow. Alexis still found it hard to believe Willow would shoot Drew and then marry the guy like some cold, calculated killer.
In the end, Alexis told them that she wasn’t going to do anything with this information because she had a responsibility to defend her client. Kai declared that this had been a mistake and said they should go to the police, but Alexis warned that if they did that, they’d be implicating themselves. The attorney told them for their own good, she’d forget they even had this conversation. Trina wanted to press on, but Kai said they’d said everything and should just go. Outside, Trina wondered what their next move should be, while inside the office, Alexis went through a file and found some phone records. Dialing the number of a call highlighted as “incoming,” she was surprised when Wiley picked up. The boy explained he wasn’t supposed to talk to strangers, so he hung up and returned to his game while Alexis just looked stunned.
